摘要: Simian malaria parasites were first reported in Malayan monkeys by Daniels 1908 [1]. It had been assumed for a long time that transmission of simian to humans would not be possible. However, an accidental infection scientists Atlanta, USA mosquito bites the laboratory proved species– Plasmodium cynomolgi can transmitted [2, 3]. In 1965 natural human was American surveyor who infected jungles Pahang, Malaysia [4]. Fortunately he returned and detected as falciparum later revised malariae due band form parasite.
