摘要: Objectives. We compared types, amounts, and costs of home care for children with HIV chronic illnesses, controlling the basic needs healthy to determine economic burden caring chronically ill children.Methods. Caregivers 97 HIV-positive children, 101 a illness, 102 were surveyed regarding amounts paid unpaid provided. Caregiving value was determined according national hourly earnings market replacement method.Results. Chronically required significantly more time than (7.8 vs 3.9 hours per day).
