摘要: PURPOSEOur purpose was to describe the treatment outcome of patients with follicular large-cell lymphoma (FLCL) and identify prognostic factors that affect outcome.PATIENTS AND METHODSBetween 1980 1991, 107 newly diagnosed, previously untreated FLCL were prospectively treated using plans Nebraska Lymphoma Study Group (NLSG). Most stage I/II received two three cycles one four closely related six-drug combination chemotherapy regimens (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin or mitoxantrone, procarbazine, plus bleomycin, vincristine, prednisone dexamethasone [CAP/BOP I-IV]) involved-field radiotherapy; 10 irradiation only. Stage III/IV six eight CAP/BOP.RESULTSForty-four percent had disease. older more often female than patients. Cytogenetic studies available on 35 patients: seven normal; mos...
