摘要: Abstract Hydrogen gas (H 2 ) sensors are fabricated using a carbon-nanotube (CNT) sheet decorated with cobalt oxide (Co 3 O 4 nanoparticles. The proposed hybrid sensor is by electrodepositing Co on CNT sheets. With an annealing treatment, the CNTs/Co composite exhibit much higher response to H at room temperature than that have not undergone treatment. functional groups and oxygen defects formed during serve as chemisorption sites for temperature. Moreover, treatment results in strong interaction between CNTs, which allows carriers easily diffuse from nanoparticles CNTs.
