摘要: A simple and cost-effective method, interlayer in-situ reaction process, has been developed to produce laminated metal-intermetallic materials. Layered NiAl3 Ni2Al3/Ni composites have fabricated successfully by using the process. It is shown that volume friction of intermetallic layers can be well controlled thickness metals. difficult high strength if original metals are directly exposed at temperature. This rectified a pre-treating processing in which prefect interface formed prevent from oxidation The pre-treated an improvement tensile thermal stability. SEM observations show exhibit mixing fracture mode suggesting would toughness.
