摘要: The distribution of poly(acrylic acid) in a microporous polypropylene support membrane has been measured quantitatively by scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM). Singular value decomposition analysis images recorded at carefully selected photon energies was used to obtain quantitative maps the and gel, two components this system. sample studied fully hydrated order perform mapping when is same as its state application. Optimum strategies data acquisition for radiation sensitive materials are discussed, along with brief comparison technique alternative methods chemical structured multicomponent polymeric systems.
