摘要: Abstract Deltamethrin and thiachloprid are an α-cyano class pyrethroid neonicotinoid insecticide, respectively. Recently, a pesticide combining deltamethrin thiacloprid has also been released. In the present study, acute subacute toxic effects of deltamethrin, thiachlopride, combination these insecticides, on lymphoid organs (spleen, thymus bone marrow), polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) plasma rats, were determined to better understand mammalian antioxidant–oxidant inflammatory system responses. For this purpose, rats treated orally with different doses (single dose 112.5 mg/kg); 22.5 mg/kg/day for 30 days; 15 mg/kg); (3 mg/kg/day 30 days), or pesticides. Results compared those from comparable dosing regimen known immunosuppressive drug cyclophosphamide. Pesticide treatments caused significant changes in levels liver kidney injury markers. Antioxidant enzyme (catalase glutathione peroxidase), antioxidant decreased but lipid peroxidation increased all plasma. Glutathione- S -transferase especially DT-diaphorase activity, after treatment. Myeloperoxidase carbonyl content, total nitrite PMNs When evaluated as whole, oxidative stresses seen groups not much more pronounced than single pesticide. terms biochemical parameters, pesticides showed similar
