摘要: Semiconductor nanoparticles, having a poly(alkylene glycol) residue attached to the surface of semiconductor crystals, exhibit hydrophilicity, non-specific adsorbing property biosubstances, and absorption luminescence characteristics controlled by aquantum effect crystals.
