摘要: Abstract Introduction Satisfaction is a critical component of patient-centered care, yet little known about the degree to which patient satisfaction linked subsequent outcomes, especially in substance use disorder (SUD) treatments and 12-step groups. The current study assessed with Department Veterans Affairs (VA) outpatient SUD treatment groups, both measured at 6 months after initiation, was associated additional utilization better substance-related outcomes during next months, that is, up 1 year initiation. Methods Participants were 345 patients entering VA program. Results More groups less alcohol severity more abstinence year. related medical severity, whereas group psychiatric severity. increases attendance involvement. A single item assessing overall appeared best outcomes. Conclusions Satisfied mutual help members have service patterns can improve by monitoring enhancing satisfaction.
