摘要: The clongation of the first internode fully greenVigna sinensis L. is inhibited by white light (W). This inhibition fluence-rate dependent between 0 and 70 Wm(-2). kinetics elongation rate in after darkness were investigated with linear displacement transducers. does not exhibit any endogenous rhythm. A rapid occurs during 2 or 3 h onset light, a second type (slow reaction) increases from beginning to 8th hour light. 20 Wm(-2), but slow reaction is. There no low fluence high transition, only observed. responses different wavebands, i.e., blue (B), yellow green (YG), red (R), are same for two reactions. Each waveband used separately reproduce full effect observed W. Results show stimulation B, greater activity YG than R, synergistic action B R which when given together lead an similar that obtained Plants returned progressively recover without latent period. W regulating mainly perceived growing itself.
