摘要: We have synthesized a Eu 2+ -activated Sr₃MgSi₂O 8 blue phosphor and (Sr,Ba)₂SiO₄ yellow prepared white LEDs by combining these phosphors with InGaN UV LED chip. Three distinct emission bands from the InGaN-based two are clearly observed at 405 nm, 460 around 560 respectively. The nm band is due to radiative recombination active layer. This was used as an optical transition of :Eu (Sr,Ba)₂SiO₄:Eu phosphor. ascribed impurity ions in host matrix. As consequence preparation White lamp using phosphor, highest luminescence efficiency obtained ration epoxy/two (1/0.2361). At this time, CIE chromaticity x=0.3140, y=0.3201 CCT (6500 K).
