摘要: In this paper, losses in a 4-kVA three-phase voltage-sourced inverter designed to drive an induction machine, are investigated. A comparison of with sinusoidal pulsewidth modulation (PWM), space vector PWM and discontinuous (DPWM) is presented, concluding that DPWM the method choice. These schemes implemented using field-programmable gate array modeled Pspice. excitation models combined model incorporates Hefner for insulated bipolar transistors. After verification complete calorimetric measurements, used predict under various conditions index, switching frequency, resistance each scheme. breakdown into conduction presented. Moreover, effects different variants on also being considered. Overall, use found give minimum as consequence reduced number transitions.
