摘要: This paper defines a sustainable development path as balanced growth with environmental conservation. In the framework of endogenous theory, it is known that optimal only if following three conditions are satisfied: (1) engine economic clean; (2) assimilation capacity environment high enough to endure increasing load growth; and (3) population has an egalitarian propensity elasticity marginal utility consumption greater than or equal one. While all these intuitively plausible, there distinctions between first two last one: former can be obtained by our endeavors, whereas latter concerns preference endowed rather obtained. We show this constraint relaxed production technology satisfies condition transformation factor service, after appropriate monotone transformation,
