摘要: Studies by computer simulation to determine applicability of the theory distribution gene frequencies at steady state decay small populations and effect linkage on revealed: 1. For random genetic drift with no selection observations agree well for independent assortment linkage. 2. For full dominance. Linkage relatively large N s decreased mean frequency unfixed classes rate fixation favorable allele. 3. With additive effects agreement between rates loss terminal was good only effective population number least 42. Small numbers increased variance classes.
