摘要: Fungal defacement on the inside surface of exterior walls is a common complaint in buildings both cool and warm climates. The first part this paper discusses method by which conditions for mold growth surfaces were handled building community. Then, short description performance based approach follows, succeeded an analysis all hygro-ther-mal parameters that intervene prevention. ends with discussion requirements to minimize risk fungal defacement. occurrence governed combination ten parameters. outside climate vapor quantity released or removed are stochastic need be considered when defining minimum thermal performances ventilation flows avoid
