摘要: The phenotype and allele frequency dis- tribution of group specific component (GC), transfer- rin (TF), alpha-1-antitrypsin (PI) Apolipoprotein E (APOE) was determined by isoelectric focusing plasma samples from three subpopulations (Boro-Deshi- Dinajpur District, Boro-Deshi-Malda ChhotoDeshi-Malda District) the Koch Scheduled castes West Bengal. An appreciable level variation observed in populations, which highlighted social geographical isolation among these is also compatible with ethnohistory groups studied. Average het- erozygosity for IEF subtype systems high (46- 61%) gene diversity population low to moderate range (1.5%). Overall analysis showed that polymorphisms are useful anthro- pological markers micro-evolutionary genetic structure studies.
