摘要: THE HYPERTENSION Detection and Follow-up Program (HDFP) was a national, multicenter, randomized, 5-year clinical trial of the effectiveness antihypertensive therapy in reducing all-cause mortality hypertensive participants screened from general population. The study funded under contract by National Heart, Lung, Blood Institute (NHLBI). Clinical centers 14 US communities were selected competitive review to participate study. Also Central Laboratory for standardized determinations participant biochemical values, an ECG Center interpretations, Coordinating (1) data collection, (2) monitoring analysis, (3) standardization, staff training, regulation protocol, (4) overall project coordination.
