摘要: With the aid of absorption, fluorescence, and resonance light-scattering measurements, aggregation protonated water-soluble porphyrin, α,β,γ,δ-tetrakis(p-sulfophenyl)porphyrin, [H4tpps4]2−, in presence proteins has been characterized. At pH 1.86, dissolved water can form a positively charged microphase, which neutralize negative charges [H4tpps4]2− distributed it, leading to J- H-aggregation [H4tpps4]2−. Exciton splitting signals, are generally associated with porphyrins, as described by molecular-exciton theory, observed at 436.1 nm on spectra, supporting porphyrin–porphyrin interactions microphase proteins. It proved that protect aggregates from dilution high temperature.
