摘要: This paper analyses the nature of, and relationship between, a quality service initiative concept of strategic human resource development. Hilton International is case study used for this analysis. The principal finding that acting as catalyst approach to development emerge in organisation. However although many factors identified with are evidenced, it proposed standards set by academics field may be too aspirational hotel sector.
