摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence resistance terminal vascular bed an occluded coronary artery on collateral blood flow and resistance. In 6 anesthetized dogs, left anterior descending (LAD) ligated, cannulated, by latex microspheres (diameter: 25μ). Retrograde measured using a new technique, which allowed control outflow pressure retrograde (PRF) at LAD cannula. When interrupted, in vessel represented perfusion (CPP) within border zone ischemic vessel. Collateral determined dividing difference across (CPP-PRF) flow. Variation PRF used as model for changes bed. fell when increased from 11.0±3.0 ml×min−1×100 g−1 (PRF=0) 8.3±2.4 (p<0.01) (PRF=24.6±6 mm Hg). For same range, 9.68±2.96 8.30±2.50 Hg×ml−1×min×100 g (p<0.01). These results indicate that may considerably
