摘要: Abstract An environment-friendly liquid phase exfoliation method assisted with alkyl ethoxylate wetting agent has been developed to prepare highly concentrated hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet (BNNS) colloidal suspensions loadings of up ~ 36.3 mg/mL. The yield reaches ~78.3%. BNNS as thin ~0.7–11.3 nm obtained and it retains pristine in-plane crystal structure without chemical bonds ethoxylate. successfully applied oxide/oxide ceramic composites (SiO2f/SiO2) an interphase layer between fiber matrix. generally exhibit non-catastrophic failure behaviour the flexural strength ~ 40–50 MPa fracture toughness ~ 1.68 MPa m1/2 which is about 50% higher than that interphase. effect thickness on mechanical properties studied role in enhancement discussed. Furthermore, thermal stability against prolonged heat treatment examined. Our paves a way for applications various electronic or optical devices also synthesis nanocomposites.
