摘要: Breath was analyzed for its sulfur-containing organic volatiles before and after ingestion of a number foods, using various headspace gas chromatographic techniques the flame photometric detector (FPD). These included direct injection, head space concentration via use short pre-columns (both porous polymer coated support types), also very long open columns low flow resistance. Elution absorbed from these into analytical column studied.
