摘要: In this chapter we review the world literature for long-term outcomes of different DSDs. This shows where advances have been made but also existential issues facing adults with DSD that still need addressing. The social, cultural and ethnic background has a profound effect on medical approach to patient as well outcome, seen by patients themselves. current deficiencies in management many western countries are leading establishment regionalised, special centres, trend is likely continue.
