摘要: Since the realization by Reynolds (1883) more than a century ago, that flow turbulence brings with it very significant increase in drag forces exerts on bounding surfaces, reducing this effect has been desirable goal for many practical applications. Thus, research efforts have invested trying to determine methods control order reduce turbulent drag.
