摘要: 49. B-cell, T-cell, myeloid-cell, mast-cell, and plasma-cell disorders are significant contributors to illness mortality in domestic animals, especially companion animals such as dogs cats. These include both autoimmune malignancies, the B-cell subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, acute chronic lymphocytic or myeloid leukemias, multiple myeloma, mastocytomas. Antibody components that bind with T-cell antigens epitopes, well epitopes myeloid, plasma mast cells provide an effective means treat these animals. The immunotherapy uses naked antibodies, immunoconjugates fusion proteins, alone combination standard therapeutic regimens.
