摘要: The cardiovascular system (CVS) has emerged as an important target of corticosteroid hormones. Mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists provide protection and are now routinely used in disorders such primary hyperaldosteronism, resistant hypertension congestive heart failure (CHF) but the underlying molecular mechanisms hormone action remain unclear.
