摘要: Purpose Preterm infants often exhibit functional disorders due to the stressful environment in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). The sound pressure level (SPL) NICU is much higher than levels recommended by American Academy of Pediatrics. Our study aims describe SPL and frequency surrounding preterm within closed incubators that utilize high oscillation (HFO) or nasal directional positive airway (nasal-DPAP) respiratory settings. Design Methods This a descriptive research eight (corrected age  Results Increased noise levels, which have reported affect neonates' ability self-regulate, could increase risk developing attention deficit disorder, may result tachycardia, bradycardia, increased intracranial pressure, hypoxia. Conclusion Practice implications provider should closely assess for adverse effects generated different modes support take measures ensure are protected from exposure exceeding optimal safe levels.
