摘要: Introduction: In this investigation we report on the clinical utility of sensory nerve conduction studies medial femoral cutaneous (MFC) nerve. Methods: Sensory MFC was assessed in 22 patients for whom test considered clinically necessary. Results: MFC abnormal 4 cases neuropathy. The most common cause iatrogenic 14 neuropathy cases. showed absent or low-amplitude action potential (SNAP) 13 cases, with motor 5 2 acute lumbar plexopathy, SNAP unilaterally. normal 1 case diabetic radiculopathy and another postpolio syndrome. Conclusion: Assessment is extremely useful diagnosis neuropathy, plexopathy. Muscle Nerve, 2012
