摘要: Despite recent advances in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of pediatric facial fractures, little has been published on complications these fractures. The existing literature is highly variable regarding both definition reporting adverse events. Although incidence fractures relative low, they are strongly associated with other serious injuries. Both their treatment may have long-term consequence growth development immature face. This article a selective review fracture special emphasis unique to patients. We also present our classification system evaluate outcomes Prospective, studies needed fully understand appreciate complexity treating children determining true incidence, subsequent growth, nature complications.
