摘要: Gastrointestinal tuberculosis accounts for 3% of the extrapulmonary with ileocaecal region being common site involvement up to 75%. Primary appendix is very rare and only 0.6% 2.9% gastrointestinal in absence tubercular focus elsewhere. The pre-operative investigations usually give non-specific results. diagnosis most instances made after histopathology. Here we report a case primary appendicular patient presented caecal perforation.
