摘要: Abstract Scheelite coating was deposited on SiC fiber tows from various liquid-phase precursors followed by heat treatments between 900 °C and 1100 °C in different atmospheres. The tensile strength fully retained for the coated fibers treated at vacuum. Subsequent treatment Ar had little effect strength, which is explained excepted good thermal stability scheelite fiber. However, larger degradation poor spool ability of prepared Ar/air were found. Assisted oxidation calcium salts suggested to be responsible much Ar/air.
