摘要: Abstract A tubular continuous-flow photoreactor consisting of a pyrex glass tube 8 mm in diameter packed with titanium dioxide photocatalyst immobilized on 2 mm silica gel beads was constructed to efficiently decompose water contaminants at high-flow rate. To fix using sol–gel without destroying beads, the were exposed ethanol vapor and then wetted before being dipped into TiO 2 precursor sol. Photoreactor performance evaluated for how it decomposed aqueous oxalic acid solution as model contaminant.
