摘要: Resume La necrose aseptique d'un os a ete decrite dans plusieurs sieges, y compris les du carpe. L'observation patient presentant une de la premiere rangee carpe en entier est rapportee, ceci n'ayant jamais decrit auparavant. On retrouve nombreux facteurs favorisants : l'administration corticosteroides, hyperlipidemie, et un lupus erythemateux dissemine. Les douleurs poignet chez malade ayant des risque connus sont signe d'appel ; scintigraphie precoce peut permettre prevenir complications tardives.
