摘要: Fast response and decision making about containment, management, eradication prevention of diseases, are increasingly important aspects the work public health officers medical providers. Diseases agents causing them spatially temporally distributed, effective countermeasures rely on methods that can timely locate foci infection, predict distribution illnesses their causes, evaluate likelihood epidemics. These require use large datasets from ecology, microbiology, environmental geography. Geodatabases integrating data multiple sets information managed within frame geographic systems (GIS). Many GIS software packages be used with minimal training to query, map, analyse interpret data. In combination other statistical or modelling software, predictive spatio-temporal carried out. This paper reviews some concepts tools in epidemiology parasitology. The purpose this review is provide critical decide spatial analysis resources architecture for surveillance best suited situations.
