摘要: AbstractMany sub-unit vaccines are successful in preventing the occurrence of disease, but their use is largely restrained due to low immunogenicity. Novel carrier-based vaccine could serve as a adjuvant overcome immunogenicity vaccines. The liposomes delivery system for antigen well recognized they unstable and release from them cannot be controlled over prolonged period time. To limitation liposomes, this study has developed gel core which polymer was incorporated inside liposomal vesicles, function skeleton provide mechanical strength vesicles.
