摘要: Recent studies have demonstrated that miR-205 has a role in both normal development and cancer, however conflicting reports on its function illustrate the complexity of regulation targets. Additionally, was found to be highly expressed stem cell-enriched populations from mouse mammary gland, thus may play cell maintenance. The plays tumor formation metastasis is likely context-dependent as indicated it either suppressor or an oncogene. directing fate still unknown.
