摘要: Prevention of subclinical mastitis (SCM) is an important tool for sustainable dairying and implementing higher production level in animals. The present investigation involved a total 397 quarters milk examination 105 indigenous Tharparkar cows at Livestock Research Centre, Chandan located the Jaisalmer district Rajasthan Thar Desert to study impact udder teat morphometry on health. Udder health was examined by somatic cell count check status while 90 386 quarters, i.e., shape depth, end shape, length, diameter were individual animal quarter level. Data collected from record register maintained farm data evaluated parity (no. lactation) stage lactation. On analysis variance, result revealed significantly (P < 0.05) incidence SCM pendulous respect regular udder, as well inverted flat pointed shape. Large length upper depth animals had more compared small medium group, respectively. Thick group (P < 0.01) prone infection thin So, it can be concluded that selection optimum breeding program may help reduce susceptibility intramammary infections cows. Microbiological samples could helpful nearby future identification mastitis.
