摘要: Abstract This paper looks at the challenges in economic regulation of stand-up electronic scooters, or “e-scooters”. The e-scooter represents one several innovative modes that have emerged to cater for transportation needs urban areas. They provide connectivity linking local origins and destinations, as well interconnectivity locations inter-urban networks. These vehicles are marketed a micro form public designed meet fit able people wishing make trips two miles less. touted part “micromobility” complementing existing reviews gray limited academic literature looking viability economics e-scooters within context regulatory environment which they operate US cities. It considers ways structures evolving authorities learn attributes limitations mode.
