摘要: Complete remissions in adult patients with acute leukemia were unusual, if not rare, fifteen years ago. The discovery of highly effective antileukemic drugs such as cytosine arabinoside and daunorubicin the development more combinations active chemotherapeutic agents largely through empiric clinical trial error have dramatically changed that situation so today 70 % or previously untreated achieve complete remission status. This improvement has been facilitated by major developments supportive care. use allopurinol for prevention urate nephropathy eliminated serious complication therapy. Newer antibiotics against Pseudomonas aeruginosa allowed successful treatment many life threatening infections which occur granulocytopenic patient. Laminar air flow rooms provide essentially sterile air, oral nonabsorbable sterilize gastrointestinal tract, protect patient large measure from microbial hazards his external internal environments. Blood cell component therapy allows replacement platelets granulocytes cytopenic patients. It is purpose this paper to detail some these achievements.
