The diagnostic value of a cytogram in rhinopathology.

摘要: Chronic and recurrent rhinitis is a very common complaint in E.N.T. practice. For the differential diagnosis we use battery of investigations including cytological examination nasal mucus. It was attempted to establish correlation between observable pathology cellular elements from smear different types pathologies, i.e.: specific allergic or atopic rhinopathy, polyposis, coryza, sinusitis. The cell included this study are: neutrophils, eosinophils, ciliated columnar cells with without well preserved cilia goblet cells. This about 500 smears 360 patients. A group control patients complaints included. results demonstrated that investigation local nose secretions helpful exudative rhinopathy.
