摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the case studies of drugs that affect autonomic functions or extrapyramidal system. Drugs stimulate both alpha-and beta-adrenoceptors include adrenaline, noradrenaline, ephedra and ephedrine, pseudoephedrine. Local administration adrenaline can cause serious problems related hypotension. Ephedrine is associated with an intracoronary thrombus in left anterior descending coronary artery. predominantly alpha1adrenoceptors dopamine, phenylephrine, phenylpropanolamine. It found low doses, effects dopamine are generally limited to receptors; at higher it also has beta-adrenoceptor agonist effects, doses still, alpha-adrenoceptor agonist. Phenylpropanolamine been hemorrhagic stroke. In a previous study, risk stroke phenylpropanolamine was significant only women, but women reported using appetite suppressants containing However, study suggested more evident cannot be attributed difference exposure rate between sexes.
