摘要: Pesticide residues exceeding standard in green tea is a widespread problem of the world's attention, containing organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), organophosphorus (OPPs), and pyrethroids. In this research, three dimensionally honeycomb Mg-Al layered double oxide (TDH-Mg-Al-LDO) combined with graphitized carbon black (GCB), packed as column, was used novel solid phase extraction sorbent, applying simultaneous determination 15 pesticide coupled GC-MS. Compared different type SPE it showed that TDH-Mg-Al-LDO exhibited great advantages from tea, which seldom reported before. Different experiment conditions, such combination order Mg-Al-LDO GCB, dosage sorbents, volume eluting solvent were thoroughly studied optimized. The limits detection (LODs) ranged 0.9 to 24.2ng/g quantifications (LOQs) ranging 3.0 80.0ng/g. recoveries using method at spiked concentration levels (10, 100 500ng/g for Fenthion, P,P'-DDE, O,P'-DDT, P,P'-DDD Bifenthrin, 100, 500 2000ng/g others) range 71.1 119.0%. relative deviation (RSD) 0.1 7.6% all case. result indicated proposed analytical had been successfully applied commercial tea.
