摘要: A reliable, efficient anther culture system, the dominant technique for generating haploid plants in breeding programs, that can be used transgenic poplar has been needed. In present study, therefore, an system was developed using isolated mid- and late-uninucleate anthers of (Populus simonii × P. nigra). From a combination SSR ploidy analyses, six double two lines were characterized from 86 grown 16 regenerated cultured lines. After 48 months development, plant maintained their level vitro over 2 years. number different transferred to soil. The leaves these transplants then as explants transformation with APETALA1 (AP1) gene Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Overexpression AP1 induced early flowering obvious petals when ectopically expressed. To our knowledge, this is first report on changes time AP1-trangenic poplar, which important elucidating regulatory mechanism tree flower development.
