摘要: In hepatocytes of fetal rats, cytoplasmic organelles identifiable as microbodies appeared, although only a few them showed nucleoids and most generally had an electronlucent appearance due to the low density their matrices. Some these microbodies, especially those lacking nucleoid, substantial connection with granular endoplasmic reticulum (ER), suggesting that might be formed from ER. Agranular tubular profiles projecting surface were found high frequency in neonatal rats; however, this phenomenon may not provide crucial evidence suggestive derivation agranular Growth maturation are considered brought about by enlargement organelles, increase matrices, nucleoids, enzyme involved. The specific activity urate oxidase isolated nucleoid fraction was significantly lower earlier stages postnatal growth than later.
