摘要: Nowadays various types of data, especially those with public character, are stored and represented in relational databases. While this way storing data is a practice for most the institutions, it turns them into isolated silos low level accessibility interoperability web.  Indeed not all datasets readable from World Wide Web, therefore to increase their access necessary provide mapping databases any serialization format Resource Description Framework (RDF), as one best practices distributing interlinking on web. there several ways accomplish process, appropriate fastest is  by using Protege Plugins application.
