摘要: Aurein 1.2 is an antimicrobial peptide from the skin secretion of Australian frog. In previous experimental work, we reported a differential action aurein on two probiotic strains Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus (CIDCA 331) and lactis 133). The differences found were attributed to bilayer compositions. Cell cultures CIDCA 331-derived liposomes showed higher susceptibility than ones derived 133 strain, leading content leakage structural disruption. Here, used molecular dynamics simulations explore these systems at atomistic level. We hypothesize that if peptides organized themselves form pore, it will be more stable in membranes emulate 331 strain those strain. To test this hypothesis, simulated preassembled pores embedded into models strains. It was general behavior depends composition membrane rather preassemble system characteristics. Overall, observed are model membranes. This fact coincides with high against peptide. contrast, case membranes, migrate water-lipid interphase, pore shrinks, transport water through reduced. tendency glycolipids make hydrogen bonds destabilizes structures. feature lesser extent due presence anionic lipids. Glycolipid transverse diffusion (flip-flop) between monolayers occurs surface region all cases considered. These findings expand our understanding resistance properties
