摘要: Abstract Pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) of Arctium lappa leaves using aqueous ethanol is examined and presented for the first time in this work. In addition, global yields, chemical composition, phenolic compounds antioxidant activity PLE extracts were compared with those obtained by supercritical fluid (SFE). extractions evaluated at different conditions pressure (15, 20 25) MPa temperature (313.15, 333.15 353.15) K. The maximum yield (37.40 wt %) was 15 MPa 353.15 K. Furthermore, contained higher concentrations chlorogenic acid (1.84%) rutin (1.46%) exhibited considerably high DPPH free radical scavenging (160.54 μmol Trolox g−1). optimum extract considerable phytol, lupeol amyrin, making a promising alternative obtaining biologically active from natural sources such as leaves.
