Reactive on-board regulation of cognitive radios

摘要: Malicious users may reprogram cognitive radios to disregard how their actions harm other users. To cope with such threats, we propose that must have a trusted domain, which contains an onboard regulation mechanism (ORM) 'regulates' the radio's behavior by monitoring radio, and taking appropriate action. We present scheme for link quality, in real-time assess proper action take. Our method promptly prevents misbehavior manner proportional level radio deviates from normal, allowed behavior. demonstrate ORM collect state information needed regulate its radio. Lastly, examine resulting algorithms study our relative traditional CSMA Aloha MAC protocols on ORBIT testbed using USRP/GNU Radios.
