摘要: A lanthanide oxide selected from the group consisting of dysprosium oxide, erbium europium gadolium and samarium is formed into a compact sintered to produce body useful as control rod material in water cooled nuclear reactor. The preferably combined with corrosion stabilizing 4A metal such hafnium oxide.
