摘要: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the capability Secale montanum trusted for phytoremediation contaminated soils with lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd). To conduct study, soil samples were taken from rangelands around National Lead & Zinc Factory, Zanjan, Iran. In which was performed in a greenhouse, after preparing pot treating nano-silica (NS) municipal solid waste compost (MSWC) amendments, 20 seeds cultured each pot. translocation factor (TF), bio-concentration (BCF), remediation (RF) calculated determine Secale. Six months establishment, plant organs harvested Pb Cd concentrations measured shoot roots For statistical analysis compare obtained means, ANOVA Tukey's tests performed, respectively. experiment results showed that uptake accumulation by S. highest pots amended NS500. comparison, concentration shoots MSWC 2%. general, it seems NS500 2% help Pb-contaminated soils.
